Dr. Kai FunkeDr. Kai is a graduate of University of the Pacific in San Francisco and received his dental degree in 1997. He was born in Elko and raised in the Carson City area he has been practicing dentistry in the Reno area for over 12 years. With an emphasis on lifetime prevention, our dental practice offers you outstanding comprehensive dental care with a refreshingly positive dental experience. Your comfort and appearance are foremost in our minds.
Dr. Kai strongly believes in continuing education for himself and his team. He is an active member of several dental organizations, including:

Nevada Dental Association
Northern Nevada Dental Society
Seattle Study Club
Sierra Nevada Study Club
Dr. Kai and his wife have been married for over 15 years and have 2 children with whom they are active within their church and after school sports. Dr. Kai enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, playing soccer, fishing, camping and pretty much anything that has to do with outdoor activities. He is extremely passionate about dentistry and looks forward to each day of work with youthful enthusiasm.
